For the first time in my life I am on a diet. I have a sensible meal plan which I am sticking to and I am weighing myself everyday. I am not going to justify the fact that I weigh myself everyday I am just going to say that I do it because I enjoy monitoring my daily fluctuations and I find that it keeps me on track. Tell me I know nothing but I am enjoying myself, I'm eating my five a day, drinking four pints of water per day and am loosing on average 1 pound per week.
Today I weigh 10 stone 13 pounds. My goal is 8 stone, so 2 stone 13 pounds to go.
I would love it if people joined me. Lets call it a club for people who against the advice of every 'diet expert' they know like to weigh everyday. We are not obsessed, we're just on a mission!!
